The ADC program is designed for special needs, fragile adults unable to stay home alone. Reviews from DCAF, Urban Jacksonville, and City of Jacksonville named All Saints as “. . .the industry standard” in adult day care. In 2000, 98% of the clients enrolled at All Saints for more than 3 months avoided nursing home care.
Our facility provides the following services:
- A kind and gentle staff
- A full-time nurse
- Program directors with years of experience in geriatrics
- Crafts, cooking, music classes and exercise
- Field trips and outdoor activities
- Intergenerational relationships
- Individual care plans
- Nutritious meals: breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack
- Caregiver support meetings
Whether you are concerned about an adult that is physically, cognitively, or developmentally disabled or simply seek companionship and involvement for the adult in your care, All Saints provides a program of the highest standards. A Medicaid provider licensed by the State of Florida, All Saints Adult Day Care Center employs a full-time nurse to care for your loved one(s) and to supervise medication. In addition, a certified therapeutic recreation specialist plans activities & makes adaptations to include all levels of functionality/ability. A speech therapist is also available to provide on-site care to those in need (occupational therapy is included, as needed.) All Saints Adult Day care Center was founded 20+ years ago with the mission to care for those you love as gently and as kindly as you do.
